I needed an emergency callout for a flooding and leaking overflowing stack pipe system that’s blocked. So I called in a panic my nearest emergency plumber according to Google which was HomeHeat UK this company. I had to pay £178.80 upfront before any emergency callout could be done I appointed for 7pm 28th October 2020 on a Wednesday but the plumber came 6:38pm and plumber came earlier then what I wanted and apparently he was waiting 15 minutes before 6:38pm and didn’t phone me straight away when he arrived only did 15 minutes after he arrived. So the plumber must of been waiting like a lemon for me while I was out for 15 minutes without telling me he already arrived. I did say please make sure to be 7:00pm as I was busy out. Anyway on the phone they said they could fix my issue when the plumber came only by his self he came with a looked like he just gone and brought a toilet plunger looked at my sewage backing up in toilet,sink,bath said he couldn’t do it and left me stranded with a flooding bathroom. He made out I got the wrong plumber and he couldn’t unblock when it says clearly on there website they unblock toilets,baths,sinks etc.. they said on the phone they could do my job but when coming to do it they can’t left me stranded with a flooding bathroom and took my money. I phoned HomeHeat UK about my situation for a refund back and a call back they never phoned back it was always me asking phoning them back for updates on what there doing with my refund. They speak over customers and don’t let the customer speak and are very rude. The plumber said he didn’t have the tools for my job and left me and told me to phone someone else to do my job. I am definitely taking further actions with Trading Standards and my bank for a refund if HomeHeat UK doesn’t. Looks like someone else had a similar problem as me on a review here on this site made on the 26th October 2020 Monday. And other reviews similar too are’s. This company is defiantly not professional and are rogues. The plumber I got didn’t even attempt to unblock he looked at it said to get someone else and left me with a flooding bathroom. I literally paid £178.80 for a plumber to come round and tell me they couldn’t do the job where they could of told me before hand on phone free that they couldn’t do my job without all this hassle. HomeHeat UK are pathetic of a company and all there workers and staff need to grow up and be responsible robbing customers like this is illegal. Why oh why get someone out knowing they have wasted my time and there time. All they want is money do as little effort or no effort and or no help at all as possible and rob customers money for no service or no help at all. Stay away from this company next time I will use a local company from my area this is an robbing unhelpful company. More...

COWBOYS we needed emergency help so paid £178 up front to get a leak sorted but they called and did nothing apart form asking for £475 + VAT to come back. And then they didn't book us in Awful and very very expensive More...

I have a problem with there service and twice after phones calls they have said they will get back to me but unfortunately they have failed to do so.

They were a little late but the engineer was friendly and efficient and was in and out within the hour.
