We had booked an event with them last year and paid a large deposit. We had to cancel the event (with more than a month's notice) They did not respond to calls and emails even though they initially promised to return deposit. Very let down.

All the church members and guests were pleased with the professionalism of Home Cuisine Catering. The chef and the waiteress were friendly, courteous and polite. The food cooked was tasty and well organised and everyone had more than enough to eat. It was the best BBQ party we've ever had as a church. His food is perfectly cooked and he arrived promptly to set up his cooking gadgets and had the BBQ ready for consumption at the stipulated time. What’s your signature dish?
We love cooking classical and modern, pasta dishes, also enjoy Thai food and classical french and English cookery.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
we try and liaise with the client as much as possible, spend plenty of time understanding the clients tastes, the age group of their guests, dietary requirements and then come up with a few ideas until the menu is settled upon. We look to communicate with our clients and actively encourage our clients to seek allergen information from all their guests to ensure each and every meal we supply is safe for everyone .
What do you love most about your job?
For us, the best part of the job is meeting new and interesting people and bringing their foodie ideas to life for them, going from discussed idea to paid invoice can sometimes be a journey but its great fun working stuff out with people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to work for myself through other chefs who have become household names, having worked with several high profile chefs, I found it a natural progression from working as an employee to self employment.

They should choose home cuisine catering because our prices are for real food not frozen, we use local farms and local butchers and we take pride in our work with the customer satisfaction first and foremost.
