I had a problem with our hard disk and the laptop was almost unusable. Malcolm sorted it out and it is working like a dream now. I contacted HCS to have them securely delete and re-install the operating system on a used PC. I was able to drop off the PC within 30 minutes and that same evening I was advised that the PC would be ready for collection the next morning. The service provided by Malcolm was second to none and the PC is now running like new. I would not hesitate to use HCS again and would recommend them to anyone.
