What do you love most about your job?
Its when the services that is entrusted upon you has met or exceeded expectations. The sense of being able to assist someone to do things that most people take for granted and to do it with respect, pride and dignity, anytime and everytime.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A personal experience that happened to a family member has made me realise the importance of not only finding care for your loved ones but more importantly finding and providing the the right bespoke care service provider to ensure that the service user is able to live the life they so wish and as independently as possible.
Why should our clients choose you?
Home Care Preferred was established with the aspiration to provide a real solution to those requiring care and associated services at home and to provide a “one-stop-shop” for people whose desire it is to remain as independent as their individual situation allows.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Dear All,
In view of the COVID-19 outbreak, Home Care Preferred is taking all actions available to ensure we continue to provide a safe and effective service to our clients and safe working practice for our team. We will be guided and implementing the evolving advice regarding Coronavirus by the World Health Organisation, Public Health England and the local health authority. In addition to the advised precautions, we have developed a series of contingency plans which we envisage will give us the best possibility to continue providing support to our clients. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish those infected for a speedy recovery and for the rest of us to stay safe and healthy.
