Agree with other reviews here. Wish I'd seen them before we employed this company. Less than a year after finishing the pool the marbelite is cracking. I have chased and chased numerous times and my phone calls get completely ignored. Managed to speak to the owner once and he basically flat out advised me that if he isn't happy with the comments or feedback he gets from people that he will not respond "they must just wait". 5 year warranty means nothing to Perfect Projects - no honour
As per many Google reviews read here, problem is similar.
Purchased a property - seller gave workmanship warranty as proof of pool work done - dated July 2021. Natasha and Johan don't bother to answer calls (probably blocked) and ignore messages. The estate agent even called Natasha to follow up and she too has now been blocked - this is a company with questionable ethics and very poor morals.

We were trying to get a newly renovated room completed before Christmas and Perfect Projects made that happen with ease. They gave me a quote the day I phoned with a clear outline of pricing and availability. They were easy to work with and very accommodating in trying to meet our deadline. Their communication were fantastic and they answered all of our questions and patiently worked with us when we changed our mind on the date for the work to be completed. They arrived on time the day of the job and completed the painting quickly. The room has brick and wood walls and the painter meticulously hand painted any areas needed to insure that the finished product was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the final product and they certainly do deserve the name Perfect Projects. More...
