Kevin helped me create the life I always wanted. I have always been a happy, positive person who was pretty good at anything I put my mind to doing. Although, I have also had a cycle of nervousness and very dark moods that have blocked me from being free to enjoy my life and my loved ones. My daughter was diagnosed with having ADHD. We tried the recommended prescription medications, but they only seem to make her sick. I had read that there has been success treating ADHD with hypnosis. Kevin was great. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for over 5 years. I have tried various other ways to quit but nothing lasted. I had never tried any type of therapy before. Kevin was very patient and had an understanding of the struggles I had been going through trying to quit. I could tell he had experience in dealing with someone like me who wanted to quit smoking. After talking for awhile he put me under hypnosis. That was actually not what I expected. It was quit relaxing. I have not had a cigarette since my session. After a week after my session my feeling of wanting a cigarette stopped. I have notice that I feel so much better. I even hate being around anyone who is smoking.
