I have been going to Holly’s since they opened. Hands down my favourite bakery!! I love having lunch there and taking my kids there regularly. Years ago they chose Holly’s as their favourite lunch spot☺️ I’ve also had Lori do catering for events- spectacular food! I truly truly love this place I come here when i need to relax have a good healthy lunch and/or a tasty treat with a great cup of tea. They have amazing crafted baked goods a good selection of gluten free deserts. I love there quiche they make regular and gluten free. They have delishious salads. They cater for events. I once ordered a cherry cheesecake and it was beautiful, high, dense rich, just a joy to eat. If you did no figure it out I think this small business is just delightful its decorated to make you feel at ease. Plus they sell unique items that they find convenient or cool. We had already been to 2 bakeries while searching for a birthday cake when Holly's was recommended to us by the owner of Cravings. Holly's had a nice collection of cakes, from hazelnut and carrot-pumpkin flavoured, to the more traditional vanilla and chocolate.We chose a chocolate cake with (real!) buttercream frosting and the lady assisting us offered to decorate and personalize it at no extra cost.While waiting, another customer told us their cakes were delicious, and she was right - moist and chocolatey without being too sweet. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly.(Our cake was $40 and we had enough for 12 decent sized slices).Thank you for the lovely cake - we look forward to visiting again and trying your other offerings!
