Holly is a lovely and genuine person who helped me to stay positive during my first IVF cycle. I loved how hypnotherapy focussed on being able to stay thinking with the part of your brain that's more rational without letting your emotions take over. The MP3 resources that Holly sent me enabled me to have the best nights sleep ever which helped me each day to stay calm and less stressed. This lovely lady has been working with me for a while now and I cannot recommend her enough! I feel hypnotherapy has brought me back to a safe place (where I should be) after suffering with bad depression and anxiety, Holly originally got in touch with me when she knew I was suffering and offered her help which at first I was a bit sceptical but thought I would try anything , and safe to say I've never looked back! What do you love most about your job?
Watching people who come to me struggling with anxiety etc, leave in a much more positive mindset and in control of their mind
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having 2 young children and a chronic health condition, I knew I needed a career that not only would fit in with my life but one that would give me the satisfaction and enjoyment of helping other people.
