It was MORE than a pleasure to work with Holly Vernon of Holly E Design. Truly. I LOVE what she put together for my logo and website. She goes above and beyond in all of her work. Holly works so hard to make your website and design just right for you! I absolutely highly recommend Holly and would work with her again any day. Thank you for giving me a beautiful web presence! Holly is an amazing designer who works hard to give her clients exactly what they want. I have worked with her on logo designs, websites, infographics and print materials and I am always blown away by her skill and professionalism!

I had an opportunity to work with Holly on a business project in a very narrow time window from origin-idea to delivery. She went above and beyond to make it happen, and also left me with a product that I could tweak as needed over time. It is nice to work with someone who knows what is right and has a true eye for design. I would do business with her or her staff again without a second thought. More...

I have had the pleasure to work with Holly on more than one occasion. As a non-profit Director with limited resources Holly was able to maximize our vision and do it beautifully. We were so pleased with her turn around time, creative flair and ability to know what we needed even when didn’t know! She designed our new logo and our promotional and event marketing materials for a huge fundraising event and helped make it an amazing success. The COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY highly recommends Holly’s work. More...

Q&A

Easy navigation and clean design. White space is every website's friend. Also, not too many words! When you're writing copy for your website, get to the point! Write clearly, concisely and with correct grammar. Visually, less copy is appealing. Draw your customers in with striking visuals, whether that's professional photography or custom graphics.

What stage is your business?
Briefly describe your project: Are you looking for logo work? A new website? Print design? All of the above?
What's your timeline for this project?
How much are you ready to invest in your brand?
What type of support works best for you?

Engage: We’ll meet, I’ll learn about your business and goals, and lay a plan for how great design can support both.
Exchange: I’ll translate our brainstorm and strategy into a working prototype. We’ll swap feedback and edit it to perfection.
Empower: You’ll walk away with the tools you need AND the training and knowledge you need to get the most from them.

For print/projects:
1. Final print size of the project.
2. Does there need to be a bleed?
3. I need all content.
4. I need any logos/pictures that need to be included.
5. What is your timeline?
6. Would you like me to send it to a specific printer?

Logos:
1. What brands do you admire?
2. What colors are you thinking/do you like?
3. What text needs to be included?
4. Is there anything off limits?

Website Design:
1. I need all website copy
2. Any pictures you would like included.
3. Your logo/branding guide.
4. Any added functionality.
5. Hosting credentials.
6. WordPress Credentials.

I love that I can be creative every day as a designer. I also love to travel and working remotely allows me to do that. Both of those things make my job the best.

When my husband and I moved to Denver, CO, I decided that that was the perfect time to start my own business. My husband's job takes him to many places and in order for me to be able to share those experiences with him, I needed a flexible position. So, I created my business!

I am a perfectionist! I care very much about the details of your projects and will take the time to make your vision fully come to life. I also have a Master's degree in Mass Communication: Web Design and Online Communication, so, I'm not just a person that knows how to use the Adobe Suite and WordPress. Much thought goes into making things for you. I have the knowledge to back up my designs with proven communication methods. I also have over 5 years of experience as a Web and Graphic Designer and many happy clients to prove that I'm professional and easy to work with. Take a look at my portfolio to see some of the work I've done in the past.
