I failed miserably with our current health care system..
I couldn't lose weight, I couldn't get "happy" on anti depressants, I just couldn't get better at all I felt so sick.
I went Dr to Dr, Psychologist, psychiatrist, nutritionist, eating specialist, group therapy.. you name it none of it worked for me in the long run.
I was a square peg in a round hole, I didn't fit into their idea of how to get someone better.
Then I had a session of hypnosis and it changed my life forever, started doing daily meditations, exercising, eating what my body wanted me to eat and when to eat it, and I surrendered to the fact that there are millions of people out there like me trying to feel better in a system that is not geared towards long term maintenance.. and I didn't want one more beautiful soul to suffer what i went thru to get better.

So voila here I am, I created a business that matches science with magic, hypnosis coaching and reiki, its for people who need that deeper level of healing that talking therapy and medications cannot always reach.

My transformation was not swift and sudden and I don't want you to have to go thru that. Hypnosis works NOW, you work on the inside so you can get what you want on the outside.

NOBODY wants to put their lives at risk from chronic illnesses, obesity, addiction, or live in fear, depression, phobias or the many other troubles we get from stressful living. Many times we look for quick fixes to get us back to health and happiness, even if it’s temporary. I used to fall for the quick fix too.. until I did the inner work I needed to do on myself. And because of that, I created such a passion and drive for helping people, and now I want to help you too.
