If you're looking for help with depression, anxiety or panic attacks, stress or the effects of trauma or abuse then there's a very good chance I can help you.
I specialise in working with the effects of trauma - whether current or going way back into childhood. The unresolved effects of trauma can sit in one's physical body for a very long time. As a trained, accredited and experienced practitioner of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) I use it 80% of the time in my work now. I find that most issues which play out in the here-and-now have some element of unresolved trauma underpinning them.
With 35 years' experience and a lot of training under my belt, my continued passion for what I do combined with your wish to feel better and do the inner work needed, plus a good working relationship between us, then the stage is set for positive change.
