The service at the hotel was very good. The staff was the best part. The hotel hosted our mens basketball team. All rooms were clean and ready to go, the check in was very smooth. Our stay was great, except the carpet in our room needed a cleaning and the refrigerator needed to be charged/replaced because it was barely cool.

Our son came in from the Fort Worth area and we added him to our room with no increased cost. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and gave us a key for him and every time we asked for anything they were friendly and helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay. We had our dogs with us and that worked well. They had an area at the back for the pets, The breakfast buffet was not particularly good. The eggs had been cooked too long ago and were dried out, the same with the sausage, and the coffee had been made so long ago that it was bitter. The staff was friendly and helpful. More...

I would not recommend this hotel.The staff was not friendly. The bar was not stocked and bartender didn’t know how to make drinks. They didn’t have anything to drink in the lobby, IE tea,or coffee. The staff was not friendly. In the morning the breakfast was the worst ever. Waitress wasn’t very attentive. Had to keep tracking her down. Food was cold and everything was running out. Didn’t have time to wait for everything to be cooked! Poor cooking management. On top of all this I lost my points that I work hard to earn. I have stayed here a few times and among all the Holiday Inn products is probably the best. Having the restaurant and bar in the restaurant is especially good when I don't want to go out.

The overall appearance and restaurant bar area was nice but the bed was uncomfortable (relative to the places I stay in Dallas, Houston and SA), and they charged me for breakfast (which is typically free at the Holiday Inn's I frequent).

Liked having room service but couldnt get to call down. Had to use cell phone to call hotel, early morning clerk just said that sucks. You need to call restaursnt. Looked up number and called and got the front desk again, they were again unhelpful even though on site restaurant is connected to lobby area.
