Hotel was very nice, clean and close to airport and downtown. Front desk was helpful when needed and room was was cleaned daily and has a Keurig which my boys enjoyed! Would def recommend.

Clean rooms, lots of space, ideally located. .. not too close to the city, but close enough for a short drive. It is pet friendly. There is a dog park 2 blocks away. There is a pool and a gym. The breakfast is perfect and there is a wait staff to help. There is also a bar open in the evening. It would have been 5 stars, but I had to pay for parking and the pool is only open certain hours. We had a graduation party on May 19, 2018.
Their staff are really great. Miss Maria Decena, the party coordinator is very professional, detailed in everything and knowledgeable.
The servers are very professional too, very courteous, and. I didn't have to worry about the venue and food. They know what to do. The food was really very good. My guests kept thanking me for the great food and service.
The place is very clean.
I strongly recommend Holiday Inn!!!!!!

Great Hotel, Great Service.Mrs, Melissa at the front desk was very professional she give us a lot of information about the area in how to get to where we need it to go, the hotel shuttle very convenience. Clean and the beds were comfortable. It's a great location for walking around. There is also a shuttle to the airport and King Street. The breakfast is not free but the room does have a small Keurig. The bar near the lobby closes at 10. There is a nice terrace on the second floor and a brick walking path around the property. More...

I always have a great time with the staff in house. Hospitality is their great success. The food is outstanding and the recent remodel has definitely put it back on the books. The new concept of open and airy is great with a large seating area in the front, a larger redesigned restaurant and bar is wonderul and the renovated meeting space is a draw for great conferences to come. We cannot say enough good things about this great venue. We had a meeting of our home owners' association at the Holiday Inn in Alexandria because we could not have it on site since there was no power due to hurricanes.
Not only is the location convenient - just minutes by shuttle from Reagan National, - it is also located within walking distance of some truly fine restaurants and the hotel shuttle is there to take you to the heart of Old Town Alexandria, great public transportation to DC as well.
We had breakfast and lunch buffet for participants for two days and the food was excellent and abundant! Members of our group who often go to meetings and conventions commented on how far superior the food at this Holiday Inn was.
The rooms and public spaces have a really lovely ambiance - warm and welcoming and that was matched by the super-friendly, super helpful staff. All were are nice as can be to a person - from the reception desk to the housekeepers, the bartenders, the service people in the restaurant (Bethlehem) and the sales person Joylette and the event manager, Joy.
Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend this hotel for an event or for an individual stay.
