5 weeks in to 12 and still loving it!! Before you wouldn't catch me running for a bus let alone up and down hills, lunging and squatting! Definitely recommended!!

I have been going to this boot camp consistently for 10 weeks and really enjoy it. Jason mixes it up every session which keeps it interesting and you never know quite what to expect. I have tried few diffrent fitness/circuit training classes but I like this boot camp the most It's fun, well balanced training with high intensity and stretching exercises. I started 6 weeks ago. I'm the wrong side of 40, 6 stone overweight and a smoker. I have enjoyed every minute even in the pouring rain at week 5 and will be signing up again.
