What do you love most about your job?
I work with a team and we all have different things we love. I love to create strategies and I'm all about the analytics. I will watch your campaigns with my hawk eyes and won't rest until those lines are on the up. Genuine spreadsheet obsessive. On the team, I have a member who is the keyword and hashtag queen. She's ahead of every trend and won't stop until it's you trending. Anyone say viral? We have an amazing content writer who is totally passionate about the power of the written word, then we have the designer who is all about things just looking well.... amazing!!
What do we love as a team? We all have families and are remote workers. We come together online for client onboarding and regular meetings. Sometimes we even justify a weekend away for "work". We love HLO Social and what it's brought us!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been running small businesses for over ten years. 2 years ago I started coaching businesses as I realised it was helping businesses to prosper that got me up in the morning! I soon specialised in social media strategy, simply because I was passionate about it!
Why should our clients choose you?
We have heart. We care about your business as much as you do. I'm genuinely not just saying that. It bugs me when campaigns don't perform and we're on it to make sure it does. We're hands-on, jump onto a meeting with me anytime. We work closely together on your strategy and report back regularly. I am a business owner, I know what it takes to hand your baby over and trust, so let me give you everything to reassure you we are on this!!
