Vienedre in the management office is always great with any questions and made my move-in process incredibly smooth, and Val, the head of maintenance, is always quick to respond to any requests and keeps the building looking brand new. 2 Gold Street is the hidden gem of FiDi. The door staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and make us feel safe. The apartments are spacious with newer kitchens and appliances and plenty of cabinet space. The amenities are above and beyond with a 15 yrd (unconfirmed) indoor pool, spacious gym, dual pool tables, lounge, child play room, dual laundry rooms and outstanding rooftop garden. Tiny apartments but amazing rooftop view. So go to the roof and open a bottle of red with friends, but I would just be friends with someone to lives here rather than actually live here. Just saying.
