All you have to do is take a look at our extensive menu of fillings and then choose which ones you would like - we then on the day will deliver the bagels or serve them for you if required.

What’s your signature dish?
All our bagels are freshly baked the morning of the event then filled with your choice from our menu- we have meats, cheeses, fish, vegetarian and vegan options.
We do the popular Salt beef, mustard, Swiss cheese and gherkins to the Mozzarella, vine tomato and fresh basil.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have an extensive menu but we are very happy to make any fillings requested by the client- some you don't see it just ask. Every job is different so we meet up to discuss menus so they suit the occasion - all parties, children's parties, birthdays, events, corporate or wedding.
What do you love most about your job?
Food is my passion!
Our family own a catering company that specialises in weddings - which I have worked for the last 15yrs both full and part time - I was event organiser for Trinity Mirror until December 2017 for 7yrs- in which I resigned to start 'Hit Me Bagel'
Before that my mother and I ran a very successful Deli - we became famous for our lunchtime filled baguettes- so I make a mean sandwich!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a market opening for the Bagel company and wanted to get back in to catering full time so made the leap - the concept is something different and works for all types of events.
it has potential for to go forward where hopefully in a year or so we can open a shop!

I treat every job as importantly as the last - I pride myself in using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and I make all the bagels up myself so I have full control of quality and presentation.
