I just left one of their properties and moved out of London. Good overall experience, I liked the cleaning for the flat, sometimes it took them a while to respond (hence the four stars) but eventually all problem was fixed in time.

I have rented through Ace Relocations for just over three years now, I can honestly say my experience has been very good. They made moving to London and living on my own two feet for the first time a doodle ! Property was furnished with nice furniture, king size bed, all bills included, internet was set up on arrival, no extra monthly bills. I was recommended to Ace by a friend of mine who has a large portfolio that Ace take care of. Ace have taken care of my flat for a couple of years now and it’s been so much easier and less stress for me and my family not being bothered by tenants with minor issues and rent being late etc.

Why any landlord would use an agency and pay ridiculous fees for nothing and not use a company like Ace is beyond me! I live in a large Victorian style house with Ace and have done so for almost 3 years now. There’s 6 of us and the house is big enough for us to socialise in the lounge but also my room is quite big as well if I want some time to myself, it doesn’t feel like I’m cramped in my bedroom. If I ever need to call, I know someone will be on hand to answer the phone or pass on an email for me. Never had any issues really and anything that has happened has been resolved quickly always. Ace took over management of my house (for free) in Wandsworth five years ago as moved to Canada. Rent paid every month on time and they send me regular reports and maintenance reports, they even arrange video inspections that gives me peace of mind and reassures me that my family home of old is in the best hands. I travel quite a lot for work so wanted somewhere that I can call home for when I’m back in the UK and the room Ace found me is super cosy with relaxing and respectful housemates and is a nice sanctuary to come home to and put my feet up after long weeks away. Transport links are great for me to get to the airports quickly and the house itself is a nice big Victorian build. Being from the states, it’s quite nice to be in an authentic English built home.
