Your muscles do take some conditioning to be able to take the strength of the therapists, so it is essential you indicate how much effort they're to use; soft, medium, hard. I had an experience of a life time in this place. It's seriously the best massage I have ever had. I booked a 90 mins session as a couple for me and my husband. I cannot thank Maggie and colleague enough, its was absolutely fantastic. These girls put so much energy and strength into the session that me and my husband felt completely relaxed, tension free and so rejuvenated. I suffer from Arthritis, and I explained this to Maggie and she used just the right amount of pressure and hit the exact spots that needed some attention. Been there first time today for a deep tissue massage and everything was very intense. So many points in my body where the muscles due to years of sports wore so tense that the pain relief was unbelievable after finishing the session I felt like a toddler.
Recommend 100 % + I will be going back at least 2 times a month.
My advice is to go for 1-H or more otherwise by the time you get to the point where they can really get through to the deep tissue, time has expired. More...

My husband and I have been going to the team at His & Hers wellbeing for about 2 years or more now and they are absolutely fantastic! I have a lot of old injuries and work as a very busy personal trainer so I need regular soft tissue treatment. I regularly visit 'His And Her Wellbeing' and have never been disappointed. A very warm and welcoming environment, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Truly world class customer service. The massage is the most authentic I have had in the UK. It really loosens any knots and pains, and totally de-stresses the body and mind. The aromatic oil massage is a real winner, and will leave you 'walking on air' afterwards.
