Hilton Tower Bridge

We had a fabulous time, the room was lovely and we couldn’t fault the food in Jamie’s Italian, staff were fab and couldn’t do enough for us, will definitely visit again!

I visited this hotel on business for 3 nights. I found the hotel, its reception and bar area to be very welcoming, clean and tidy. My room was a very pleasant surprise. Plenty of storage space for clothes (including hangers) and shoes, absolutely immaculate. The bed was comfy and large (super king) and the bathroom was the same. Great Hotel, Fab location, Lovely rooms, Jamie Oliver restraunt, so breakfast was delicious , so we decided to stay in the hotel for dinner , very nice.
We would recommend this hotel, Borough Market round the corner, across the road is the tube station and railway station. We had a lovely weekend in London.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! We had two rooms that were upgraded as Diamond members to executive rooms . The staff was so nice and delivered balloons and a cake for my young adults sons birthday! We LOVED the executive lounge! The breakfast was great both here and Jaimes .. the afternoon tea and the scones with clotted cream was Ahhhmazing! The night time extensive night time snacks we never missed no matter what was in our day of discovering we always rushed back as we enjoyed it so much! It was lovely sitting outside on the executive deck with the amazing view of the Shard! Location of the hotel was fabulous and so easy to get to the train everyday! Def try Jaimes for dinner !

Just want to say a massive thank you to the Hilton hotel at London Bridge for an extra special weekend! Complimentary upgrade, bottle of wine and macaroons to celebrate our wedding anniversary treat! Wonderful two night stay for our 10 year anniversary! They upgraded us, gave us excutive room access, pretty swan towels on the bed when we arrived and two free breakfasts! Then we had a bit of trouble with our safe and TV and just for the trouble they gave us a bottle of wine. Courteous staff and clean rooms. Thank you for making our trip to London even better! Absolutely superb stay in a fantastic hotel in a great location.
All of the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting were brilliant, but I must make a special mention of Alina in the Executinve Lounge. An absolute credit to the team at Hilton London Tower Bridge. Also thank you to Karina in the main bar for our special drinks that were made for us.

Smart, clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable and I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. We are from the countryside and thought it would be noisy being in Central London but didn’t hear a sound outside or within the hotel whilst we were sleeping. We were there for the marathon and they made the runners feel extra special. We will definitely return next year. More...

Great location, and a well presented Hilton. Executive room on the 12th floor had reasonable views and was well equipped. I loved this property. The location makes it perfect, it's nearby many attractions such as Tower of London and the London Bridge. The staff is very professional, helpful, attentive; they are the definition of customer service. I highly recommend to upgrade to get the Executive Lounge, it's by far one the best ones I've been to, it's worth every penny. The location was excellent, a five minute walk from London Bridge station with access to the Underground and overground services. There is a Tesco Metro a mere 30 seconds away and several restaurants on your doorstep. Great views of the Shard. The hotel staff were wonderful, check in was a painless experience and took a matter of minutes with complimentary bottles of water available at the desk which was appreciated after a long journey. The interior decor was classy and tasteful, there was a bar and restaurant, both of which looked like nice places to spend time. The restaurant menu is from Jamie's Italian which I'm disappointed I didn't get a chance to sample. The room service was also Jamie's which was impressive. The room was well appointed, warm and comfortable. The bed was massive and perfect for my needs, neither too hard nor too soft. There was a mini-bar although this was not fully stocked which was a shame. Everything was immaculately clean and as I was expecting. This is a quality hotel in a very good location. The rooms interior quality and the staff service are what you would expect from a Hilton. The rooftop bar for the Exec lounge is great on a sunny day and overlooks the Shard.
The bar downstairs does excellent cocktails albeit at an eyewatering price as expected.
Outside you have a range of cheaper options for snacks and food including M&S and Leon Coffee. More...

The whole stay was excellent. It's a very modern hotel with a nice restaurant by Jamie Oliver attached to it. It's really close to London Bridge Station and 'The Shard'. It's also directly near the city hall and The Tower Bridge is in max 5 minutes walking distance. There's a terrace on the 9th floor with an amazing view over the whole riverside area and beyond, including Tower of London and the Gherkin and of course The Shard. WOW! Just WOW! After my daughters lovely family booked her a 'Silent Disco Experience' at The Shard for her 18th Birthday pressie, I wanted to make it extra special and book her an overnight stay here! From my previous experience staying here, I knew it would top her day! Hilton Hotel, Tower Bridge has just topped me! Very convenient, solid 4 star experience in London. That said. If you use online checkin, be sure to call the hotel to confirm you are coming. They treat online check-ins as if you had not checked in and will cancel the reservation if you don't show at front desk in allotted time.
