I have been living at an apartment complex located in the East Side of San Jose for the past year. Before the management hired HillQuest Security, there were about 5-10 car break-ins a week. Now, there is zero. The staff at Hillquest Security is friendly, professional, and quick to respond when a crisis is taking place. They take a lot of pride in the type of work they do and are committed to excellence. I feel much safer knowing that HillQuest Security and Patrol is guarding the apartment complex. I can't praise John and his team at Hillquest enough. At 11 in the morning I called John to see if he could show up and provide security after an assault the night before. I was afraid the gunmen might still be lurking around my home. John showed up a couple hours later with another security member, searched the premises while I waited in the car for the all clear. Once I was inside he stood guard out front while I got back into the house and packed up what I needed. He was very reassuring and made me feel safe again. I can't begin to express my gratitude enough for John and his team at HillQuest Security and Patrol. I contacted HillQuest at 12am(long story) on my wedding day and received a response within 15 minutes. John and his team arrived on time, dressed formally, and with a smile. John and I discussed all of my needs for security and from that moment on, John and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. They walked my mother and my mother in law to their cars while carrying big heavy bags, they monitored the inside and outside of the venue, they actually stopped traffic so my photographer could get a great photo, they secured the area around the venue where me and my wife were, they were professional and courteous with each and every guest, and were self motivated. John and his team were a very strong force while still being incredibly approachable and friendly. My goal was to have a security presence at my wedding and they made their presence known without saying a word. Beyond satisfied with the service that Hill Quest provided. There was an incident at my last art show where one of my paintings got stolen so I decided, maybe I needed security now.
