Hillcrest Dental is an outstanding dental office and deserves high marks in every area.  Dr. Le is simply superb and seemingly able to handle every case.  He employs a very professional and caring staff that operates at a high level.  In addition, An the office manager is super efficient at managing the office and meeting the needs of patients.   I have visited different dental offices over the years and they simply do not get any better than Hillcrest.   Yelp Reviews allows a top rating of five but frankly because of the overall quality of this office, they deserve a higher rating than that.  If you are looking for a high quality dental office I strongly recommend this one.  You won't be disappointed. Dr. Le is an amazing Dentist, I feel so lucky to have found this practice. Dr.Le is the first dentist that I have encountered who truly cares about my teeth and has come up with a longterm plan to get my smile back to where it should be. My first visit was a disaster, but the second one Dr. Le was more attentive and took the time to explain the necessary procedures and answering questions regarding his diagnosis that warranted the necessity of my root canal. He also proceeded to let me know why the cold sensitivity exam was not beneficial or work for the diagnostic criteria. All that needed was further communication, he was caring and I was actually confident I'm receiving great dental care from Dr. Le. After my root canal last time, Dr. Le stayed for an hour extra after hours, which explained why he left in a hurry. The assistant misinformed me that my tooth was chipped during the root canal. However, Dr. Le told me that the grooves I'm seeing are normal anatomy of the incisors for young adults. I had an incredible amount of wisdom teeth pain, so bad I decided to look for a dentist that could possibly get them extracted within days (that's all I could bare. ) I called around and had very little luck, getting responses for $2000 procedures that would be weeks out. As I continued googling, Hillcrest dental in Renton popped up. I called and was so impressed with how knowledgeable the receptionist was. She immediately plugged in my insurance and gave me the exact amount each wisdom tooth would cost to extract (which was an amazingly affordable price.) Not only was she knowledgeable, she immediately booked me for extraction-day of! In fact, she told me as I soon as I could get there, they could get the teeth extracted. My sister referred me to come here after she started going here for her dental cleanings. I HATE the dentist. I can do shots, blood draws, needles whatever but the dentist just stresses me out so much, but this place by far has the friendliest, most welcoming staff ever. The doctor is so nice, and the dental assistant was gentle. Very professional and warm! Usually when they floss your teeth, they're aggressive af and go "your gum is bleeding" and usually I'm like no shit Sherlock because you literally fucked up my gums, but the dental assistant was thorough and gentle enough to not actually make them bleed on purpose. 10/10 would recommend! Hands down the best dental practice that I've been to! I am a new patient and they took me in twice as a walk in THE DAY OF due to emergency's with no hesitation (one being Labor Day so extra stars for being open on a holiday! !) The front desk is friendly, remembers your name and does their best to save you money. Dr. Le is very personal compared to other doctors, he explains things thoroughly to make sure all your questions are answered. Dr Lee has been my dentist for several years. He and his staff are always helpful and provide an exceptional level of service. He has been very accommodative whenIve has an emergency situation and compared to previous dentists I've visited Dr Lee is always upfront in the services that need to be performed and never recommends unnecessary services. The staff is incredible the doctor pulled my wisdom tooth and did two fillings in 15 minutes very clean office the nurses put me at ease I have very bad anxiety and this is the first time I did not need any form of sedation previously I have been sedated for every under IV Sedation for extraction. My mom asked me to drop a feed back for her as she is not a computer savvy. The following is her experience."Dr. Kevin is one of the best dentist I have ever seen. Before him, I went to 2 other dental offices, which could not fix my problem and I ended up suffering in pains for months. I found Dr. Kevin online and called them. I emailed them my x-rays and received a call from them in half an hour. They asked me to go there to see them. I went there and Dr. Kevin examined my teeth. Dr Kevin Is the best dentist I've ever encountered, and I have encountered many. I've had dental issues since I was a kid, and lots of bad experiences. That is why I feel so fortunate to have found Hillcrest Dental, and Dr. Li is the only dentist I will see. He is talented and compassionate and it feels so good to have a dentist who I can trust entirely with mine and my family's care. This is the best dentist I have ever had and have used them for over 6 years. Dr.Le is the nicest person you could ever have working on you. He is compassionate, upfront and very fast. His staff is amazing and super accommodating. I have come in for same day emergencies and even get in short notice on a Saturday.

I can’t imagine anyone leaving a negative review about this place. I have recommended Hillcrest Dental to friends and family and they are just as happy as I am. I am a new patient at Hillcrest Dental. I came across them when I was searching for a dentist because I had an incredibly unbearable toothache on a Thursday night. After calling about 10 other dental practices who said they just COULDN'T fit me in even though I was basically in tears, they were able to look at my tooth and get me in for a root canal first thing in the morning. I felt like they actually cared. I got my root canal at 8AM the next day, which went well. On top of that, after my root canal I had lost my prescription for my antibiotics. Dr. Lee was in the office on a Sunday so I went in to get a new one. He told me he wasn't normally open that day but there was a patient who really needed to be seen because they were in pain and he said he was going to try to do the best he could today. Dr. Le is great. the only complaint is the same one I read in previous reviews. Don't expect to be seen on time. I had some work done in December and each time I waited to be seen but the work was good and the service once I was seated in the chair was great. Cash-price discount was also good.

Dr Le is the best hands down. I am a very scared of the dental office and for the first time I did not have to be sedated to do an extraction. (wisdom tooth) (I had previously stopped with DURING procedure w different dentist btw) I got 2 fillings done in five minutes and my wisdom tooth extracted in five minutes so altogether I was in the chair 15 minutes total.  Dr Le even noticed what The previous dentist failed to. TWO more cavities! And I was able to schedule an appt right away.  Needless to say, I won't be going to another dentist, and  I highly recommend him. Hands down best Dentist. I went to Hillcrest Dental on a Wednesday for a check up and cleaning, scared as I had not been in for a long time. They were quick to notice I was nervous and did everything they could to make me comfortable. After my check up Dr. Kevin Le and Ann went over my dental options very in depth making sure I had all the knowledge. I then made an appointment for that Saturday and had 5 extractions, 2 implants started and a bone graph all while awake, Dr. Kevin Le and his team made sure I was comfortable thru the procedures and took very good care of me. That night I was able to go to a Christmas party and never felt any pain, never even needed pain pills only Ibprophan, mouth rinse and my antibiotics. That alone has to say something for the dental team and there practice.  I never though I could afford or go thru with dental implants but Dr. Kevin Le and Hillcrest Dental have made that dream a reality. I have been a patient at Hillcrest Dental for many years and can attest that everything on the Website Homepage is true.
The office, waiting room and facility are always clean, warm and inviting, quiet with pleasant music in the background.
There are TV's set to closed caption to be seen if you like. I was able to take in a little news while numbing and relax at the same time.
Most important though is Dr. Le and his staff. They are genuinely kind and care about all patients, regardless of insurance status, or no insurance.
Dr. Le is a friendly, humble and caring professional.
It matters to him that his patients are happy and he stands behind his work!

I was in so much agony. A root canal I had done years ago else where had started acting up again. I was beside myself as the closest time anyone could fit me in was after Christmas. I tried one more time and found Hillcrest Dental and I've been saved by Dr. Le and his team. Dr. Le is efficient and quick. He saw me in no time, fixed my root canal and sent me on my way, I think this was in 2 hours; AMAZING! I am definitely in less pain and working through my antibiotics. I can't put into words how thankful I am to Hillcrest Dental, it is phenomenal to have such an establishment that is there for such emergencies. I couldn't be more impressed with everyone that works there. I called in on a Saturday morning after an old root canal had gotten infected and was abscessed.  I was thinking that I would be making an appointment for that following  Monday.  The very pleasant lady on the phone got me in that morning. The dentist had a look and got me on antibiotics and back in asap to repair my bad root canal done elsewhere. I hate going to the dentist.  I can never get numb enough.  And this tooth getting repaired was an awful experience the 1 1st time. I was in there for about an hour and never felt pain.  I am so relieved to have found a truly perfect dental office. I had a tooth emergency on a Saturday and after calling 4 or 5 offices and being treated like I was not worth their time, I fell upon Hillcrest Dental in the Renton Highlands! ! I've been going to Dr. Kevin along with my entire family for about 10 years now. He's a very genuine man who has the best interest of his patients. From the years that I've been going here, he has always been flexible and made time to see me or my parents even if it's last minute. He himself as well as his staff are extremely knowledgeable. I want to share an experience I had late last evening, my dad was complaining of a severe toothache. It was by 5 p.m. by the time I had called, but still Kevin and Ann made it possible for me to bring my father by and made sure he was checked out and received the necessary medications to try and cure his infection. Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Lee was able to see me for an emergency extaction on July 4Th (Every other dentist was closed)I had an intolerable tooth pain and within an hour he had removed the tooth and the pain. Dr Lee is an amazing Dentist.  He would even defer to your wishes after giving you his advice and let you make the final decision - but give you very good counseling and you end up making the choice. ..  that's a great doctor now!
