If you want authentic, delicious BBQ, this is your place. Don't be deceived by the strip mall location!The line was out the door at 430 on a Saturday. The staff knew how to handle crowd though and we waited only a few minutes to make our order.I ordered the pulled pork stuffed tater and my husband ordered the chicken stuffed tater. So. Good. The mild sauce is yummy and the pulled pork was amazing.It was our anniversary so we splurged on a slice of the homemade Derby Pie. If you are on the fence, do it. Order the pie. Over the top bbq... Well kept secret that is awesome.. We each got the fry plate which is now $10.25 per a plate and to add beef brisket is an additional $2.00 but oh my was it worth it!!

If your going through Chattanooga,TN this is a must stop. Looks like nothing from the outside, but inside nothing but the best barbecue coming to your table. We had the combo with ribs & beef brisket with two sides. Mac & Cheese and fried Okra and banana pudding to finish off. The meats fell off the bone and the Mac & cheese was very creamy and the okra was crispy. What left a lasting impression was the banana pudding, because my mom use to make it for me all the time. From my first bite I had a tear in my eye of how it taste so much like hers. If your looking for fresh barbecue this is place to go. The staff was so pleasant and attentive. We will be back soon. Ate there for the first time yesterday. Had the BBQ Regular Sandwich Plate with slaw and the two sides I chose were the BBQ Baked Beans and the Fries; of course had to have Iced Tea! First the BBQ Sandwich was great (slaw was a little too runny), Baked Beans were good and the fries were just ok (frozen). I feel that with a price tag of $ 14.00 and change (tax included) may have been a little steep but again the Q was great. The service was fantastic! Would I eat there again; sure! Great BBQ and mac n cheese! BBQ was perfect- not dry and not greasy. A BIg yay becuase it did not have the fake liquid smoke taste! HOT sauce was perfect- spicy but didn't leave your mouth on !!Tucked away in an old strip shopping center, this gem is worth the visit! Make the drive a few miles out of downtown Chattanooga. I'm a true southern Belle born and raised in Southeast Georgia,, and I love meatloaf,, I came in here for barbecue but when I saw meatloaf on the menu I had to try it and I must say it was the most awesome meatloaf I think I have ever had I absolutely recommend this meatloaf. also I'd like to suggest to the owner that he should add country cooking food to his menu... Highly recommend. Had jumbo pork BBQ sandwich plate with baked sweet potato and baked beans. Owner came out to our table and talked with us several times about the food and local attractions. Amazing pork sandwich. Got the jumbo and couldn’t finish my sides and I’m a big guy. The food was all really fresh and good. The sweet tea was real southern sweet tea.
