Nice hotel in good position of the town, lovely and warm rooms which are very roomy. Room was nice and clean as was the bathroom. Food in the restaurant is very good especially the cooked breakfasts. Would definitely stay again More...

Stayed here last night with my partner and 2 children and we can honestly say we had a lovely stay. The rooms were old fashioned but it was lovely and clean and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I would say bad was the lack of towels in the bathroom but I'm sure if we asked for more we would have been provided with them. Had our engagement party in The Hillcarter Suite on 3rd June 2017. Sarah has been absolutely amazing over the past few weeks helping us plan every detail. The room was set to exactly how we wanted it, they stocked the bar according to what drinks we wanted & Sarah kept us up to date with everything. I love this hotel, very friendly professional staff that couldn't do enough for us, we had a venue in the Hill Carter suite and the room was fantastic as was the DJ and bar staff, we we definitely be going back for future venues and stay overs the bedrooms we very clean and comfortable we would recommend this hotel to anyone.
