I left a message at their website at  1 am this morning. The ice maker connection in the wall had been leaking unbeknownst to us. Hubby found it after midnight so I started to surf the net. Found this company left them and one other plumbing company a text message of what we found and to please contact us in the morning. At 7:34 am I received a phone call from Hildebrants Plumbing Repair. By 8:45am they were at my house taking care of that issue and one other issue we had with the washer connection. Wonderful guys, Russel and Nathan. Took care of both issues and left everything clean. 10 Thumbs up !!! BTW other company has yet to call....hmmm More...

It can be hard to find a good, honest plumber these days.  Even harder to find a plumber that will do free estimates over the phone or in person!  However, look no further:  Keith at Hildebrants Plumbing Repair is THE BEST.  Straightforward, efficient, wonderfully easy to work with, and refreshingly trustworthy (a word I don't use lightly =), but truly what you see is what you get!).Our kitchen faucet started leaking over the holidays.  Was lucky to get the needed parts for free under warranty by calling Moen's customer service.  However, my husband was unable to get the handle cap off to replace the cartridge and ended up chipping it instead.  Called several plumbing companies but most of them said they would have to charge a trip charge first & only a technician could give me a quote in person for replacing the cartridge and handle assembly.  Although I was assured that the trip charge would be credited toward a same day repair, I didn't feel comfortable with the uncertainty of paying a visit fee and then possibly hearing a super expensive repair quote.Luckily, a few companies told me that since I already had the parts, I would only have to pay for labor & informed me of their hourly rate.  Hildebrants Plumbing Repair had the best rate and the quickest availability.  Keith and his assistant Dan came the next day, and not only was the replacement done in a flash, but Keith also fixed my loose pull out spray by stabilizing the weight in the middle of the hose AND gave me a couple of helpful tips for better maintenance.Keith's expertise and easygoing manner made the whole experience pleasantly fast and simple.  Will definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up! A friend recommended Hildebrant’s Plumbing Repair for my major plumbing repair. Keith, and assistant Dan, arrived at my house as scheduled, and performed quality work at a fair price. Keith is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thoroughly explains the situation and repair options. They "fix it right the first time”.
