I would highly recommend Hilbre Windows to everyone. We had our house renovated some years ago, it was a stressful time with lots of workers in, it was a sigh of relief when Hilbre windows came to fit all our windows as their professional and friendly manner put us instantly at ease.
Years later and we have recently had a new door fitted, which we love. From day one Brian came round and took his time explaining everything to me (I’m a bit indecisive at times!) I wasn’t rushed, he came back to check measurements and reassure us before fitting. We had to change fitting days twice as it didn’t work for our family and the receptionist was not only understanding but went above and beyond to insure that we had a date and time that suited us.
My young children find it difficult around strangers. Everybmembe of the Hilbre window team, approached them calmly, playfully and didn’t upset them. The workers that fitted our door were non invasive, they kept us informed in what they were doing and their time of finishing and even cleared mess away super quietly to as not disturb one of my children who was sleeping. They were respectful to our house and family needs and that was what was important to them.
I feel Hilbre windows go above and beyond for the customer. Yes the products are brilliant and high quality but as a customer I want more than that. I want to feel appreciated and want my concerned listened to and addressed. Hilbre windows get this spot on in my opinion. I wish every business had this level of customer service. More...

We can highly recommend Hilbre Windows, it’s a definite 5*’s and more from the Kirkham household!

Our French doors had seen better days, getting stuck, not locking properly and bits falling off.
From first contact, home visit, to the quotation and fitting, Hilbre have been extremely professional throughout.

Absolutely delighted with the finished result, if it hadn’t been for the beautiful new, top quality doors, we wouldn’t have known anyone had actually been and carried out the work. The room itself and outside was left spotless, all rendering was perfectly repaired by the two great guys who did the fitting with no disruption at all to our home.
