Hiit to fit is the best training facility in the area. I joined a lil over a year ago and I'm in the best shape of my life! The workouts are fast and effective and never the same. Dom (owner) knows what he is talking about. His workouts are 30 minutes but don't let that fool you. It's 30 minutes of intensity. Be ready to work and feel great after! High Intensity Interval Training - 30 minutes based on science which has shown that this is the most effective way to burn body fat and keep in shape
