Well , if someone want to do a loft conversation there’s a easier way for client to get it know that they can do or not , just try to check the height of there loft from inside of the loft area if it’s meeting the required of 2.2 -2.4 metres or like 8ft so offcourse you are lucky to go ahead !

Remove all old roof structure, install new rjs beam(steels according to plan ) , new structure work according to plans , new stairs for loft area, new electric work , new plumbing ( in loft area ) new insuite bathroom, floors , new doors ( fire check) for loft area
