What makes a great website?
A great web site is one that provides the visitor credible and original content in a logical and useful interface. The information presented on the web site needs to be timely and valuable to the visitor. If there is a blog, the blog needs to share everything (information that is relevant to the visitor ). If graphics are used, they need to contribute value to the content and not be a distraction to the visitor. Most of all, the information needs to be organized and easy to read.

What is the problem you are trying to solve? Without a measurable goal, you cannot determine if you accomplished what it is that you set out to do.
What do you love most about your job?
Our transparency with our clients. Many of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. We work out a plan and help them understand the steps it will take to achieve their online goals. Some clients want to know every technical aspect of the process whereas other clients just want the high level details. We tailor the project to the needs of each client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration to start my business came from a variety of sources but the primary inspiration came from recognizing a recurring theme that small organizations and startup businesses had to work through just to get online - simply put was lack of knowledge. I decided to take my passion of helping others and my 15 years of experience working for a Fortune 100 Telecom company to cultivate my business to focus on closing that gap. To compete online no longer requires the deep pockets of a Fortune 100, 500, or even 1000 company - you just need to have the knowledge and support.
