I am very sorry you feel that way. You signed that you read and agreed to the contract which clearly states you were not entitled to a refund as you cancelled the event within 42 days. When you cancelled I explained that we could reschedule your event at no additional costs but we could not offer you a full refund as we had already secured the items for your event. Although you were not entitled to a refund I decided to give a partial refund because of Covid19. I wish you all the best for the future.

I found out about Higher Level events via a Google search and I am so glad I did. I wanted to organise a classy, warm and memorable party for my husband's 40th and needed help to realise the sort of event I had in mind. I then contacted Angela who was available to work with me.
