we had two dogs and when mum crossed over the rainbow bridge last year it was the first time boarding her alone. The staff were brilliant and put her kennel near their work station so everyone could say hello more often. We collected a happy unconcerned dog who had gained weight over her stay. We have since acquired a rescue dog for her and they both stay together . we don't worry now when we go away . Cant recommend them enough More...

Recently sent my dog Harry for a 7 day stay. Can't fault the service they provided. They took the time to find out about his likes and dislikes, kept a diary of how he was each day and reported back when I picked him up. Will definitely use them again.

Always leave our dogs here when we go away including our very old westie who requires a lot of tlc, dogs always come home happy and well looked after.

Everyone at highcroft was excellent with Larry, our beagle puppy, during his first time in kennels. I cannot rate them highly enough and they were very kind and understanding when I cried!

Thank you for saving my holiday by taking Kasha and Elsa at the (very) last minute (even though you were closed) when bureaucracy in another county prevented them going to the kennels they were booked into. We always tell other cat-owners that our three mogs have a better holiday than we do. They get room service and a pool view . .. whereas we don't usually get those sort of expensive holidays. We say they go to the resort with four-star accommodation, landscaped gardens and organised entertainment (fishpond and tortoises). Thankyou to the Highcroft team. What would we do without you? Our dogs have been staying here for many years. The kennels really are luxurious and the staff are really seem to love taking care of the dogs, getting to know them and looking after them so well.
