Sally is wonderful with our pup, he adores his visits to daycare, and when he's stayed overnight I know he'll be cared for, loved and have a great time with his "pack" brothers and sisters. I highly recommend Highbanks.

Sally @ high banks is so welcoming and assuring when your leaving your beloved doggy! From first interaction by email then a covid friendly meet and great our Paco (chihuahua) has been welcomed into the pack, daily photos for reassurance and for the memory book our Paco can’t wait to go for the day and for such a small dog pulls me to her gate when we arrive! He may be well and truly knackered when we pick him up but we know he has had a ball of a time!! We are so happy with Sally’s service we have booked boarding for a week we have confidence that Sally and her family will treat Paco just the same and hope he wants to come back home! 5* from us, the Key Family 😀 More...

Sally is basically brilliant, it’s like she reads dogs and her manner is calm and understanding which is very reassuring. Our Labradoodle puppy has stayed with Sally twice now, once overnight and on both occasions she loved it and clearly had a great time by the look of all the photos we were sent . Sally is brilliant with my pup - she regularly kept me updated on his first day with her and he came home shattered 🤣 so big thumbs up from me. I’m cautious about who I leave my pup with and have no issues with leaving him with Sally. She is always very accommodating of his needs and easily contactable with any queries or questions no matter the day. Our two dogs (cross terrier and Kokoni) had their first day at Highbanks Dog Care yesterday. We received photos of their day with Sally. They both looked as though they had a fantastic day. We had tried a more commercial dog day care, but they were too nervous to engage with the other dogs. This was not the case at Highbanks as Sally provides a more personal service. Could not recommend Sally enough! Was in a pickle the last 2 weeks and she made everything so easy! She has been super helpful in accommodating us and we get updates on how he is doing during the day, which I adore! She is so reasonably priced and my dog absolutely loves her! He now whines when he has to leave his fun doggy day care! ???????? Would 100% definitely use Highbanks next time I need any doggy care for my pooch! More...

I highly recommend Sally both for homeboarding and day care. Sally and her entire family treated my Rottie pup as one of their own with love and care. Sally sent us regular pictures and updates of his fun in the paddling pool, ball pit and walks as well as him fast asleep! Sally knows about dogs and her own dogs are great companions to the visiting dogs too. Sally was very careful to attend to his need for sleep as well as play, and adjust his feeds where necessary. As an anxious person I hate to leave my fur baby with anyone, but I can honestly say it was a pleasure to leave him at highbanks. I have regular pup dates and complete reassurance. What do you love most about your job?
Dogs and seeing them happy. I am a very caring person and have so much to give, I like to keep a calm household and the dogs in my care enjoy that as do I.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to do this, friends and family have nagged me for years to do it, I have dabbled for years, been studying for years, but finally took the plunge in March 2019 to do it properly.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I care tons about your dogs well being and them enjoying their time with me.
I have two of my own and we spend all day together, we love our walks play and importantly rest time.
