Roof Repair
Roof fitted early October 2021 and during the storms of late November 2021, a leak appeared into the room below. Frequent phone calls and emails, resulted in just one returned email using covid as a reason for non attendance, although apologised for poor communication.
Promised to attend week starting 27 December 2021, no attendance has occurred and still ignoring phone calls and emails.
All I require is a visit check the edges for any breaks and if necessary repair. Nothing, beware doing business with this firm.

Rob came, with ladders, checked the problems with gutters and chimney stack, gave me a written quote. The quote was reasonable and I accepted.
He advised me to get in touch with N Powergrid to have the Power lines shielded (FOC). I phoned him when this was done and we agreed a date; he came at 8.30 and carried out the repairs quickly and efficiently, tidying up before they left.
We were pleased with the overall experience and although I rarely give recommendations, on this occasion I will thoroughly recommend FBM Roofing to anyone wants reliable and economic repairs.
