Jason has a nice group of trainers who know how to push you without hurting you. Always on time and ready to train, my guy Jerry is enthusiastic and clearly aware of my physical limits and overall goals. It's a pleasure working with him. I've been working with Jason for two months, and started a program with him after hitting a plateau with my former exercise routine (mostly pilates, a bit of cardio) and not seeing results. In this time, I didn't have a lot to lose, but did end up losing ~6 lbs and 6% body fat. Better yet, my hips, waist, arms, and legs are all visibly more toned. I've worked with several trainers in the past, and none have given me the results I was looking for. I have a tendency to befriend my trainers and negotiate with them on days when I'm feeling tired or off. Jason doesn't let me do any of that (which sucks in the moment but is better for you in the long run!). He's strict about the exercises and generally knows what you can handle (but will adjust if you're in pain or really struggling), and also knows what exercises to avoid depending on your goals. I followed his meal plan 100% for about 3 weeks, then about 75-80% for the rest of the 5 weeks. Even with not being fully compliant, I still saw meaningful results. Alex is a great trainer. I am new to weight training, so I had to begin from the very basics. He is very patient and careful to details. He is very concerning about the right technique and safety of all exercises we perform. He also pays a lot of attention to flexibility during strength training. I was very bad at it in the beginning but after just a month of training 3 times a week my flexibility increased dramatically. I highly recommend him if you need really professional trainer who can come to your own home or apartment building gym. Best trainer in LA! I've been working out with personal trainers since my very first workout 5 years ago. Since then I changed about 4-5 trainers and finally found the perfect one. We've been working together about a year and with him I began getting the real results I needed. We are working in my home gym which he helped me to build, suggesting the equipment I needed and choosing the right one. His workouts are simple but surprisingly effective. Training with Jason has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.After discussing my goals he customized a plan tailored just for me and now, a month and a half in, not only can I see my body transforming but I also have much more energy in general. Don't get me wrong it is tough! Like supppper tough! He will definitely push you and you might even hate him just a little at times but its all to your benefit. Sticking to the meal plan has been the true test of commitment but if you can toughen up and stick it out I promise it will get easier! I was at a point in my life where I was tired of putting in the effort in the gym and not seeing commensurate results. As luck would have it, I ended up meeting Jason and immediately knew I wanted to train under his watchful eye. Over the course of 10 weeks, I went from 14% body fat to around 6% and looked better than I ever had. The next 10 weeks was spent bulking up and I put on 20 lbs. of pure muscle (if you don't believe me, check my before and after photos on his website). Jason's plan isn't for everyone. Wow, Where do I begin?! Jason Kozma has truly changed and transformed my life, my body, my health in so many positive ways! I am so thankful for him. Finding him has been one of my biggest Blessings. Here is my story which ultimately led me to meeting, Jason,  amazing trainer/transformer:My journey all started with a low thyroid condition combined with needing to take steroids for a related inflammatory health condition. As a result I had gained an extreme amount of weight. I had tried out different trainers in LA, some very expensive. Over a one year period my weight didn't even go down even 1 pound. Frustrated, I almost gave up, but then I came across Jason's website one day as I was searching for experts in weight loss. I decided to meet with him, and set up a consultation. In that one consult Jason blew me away with his immense scientific knowledge! He explained to me why I wasn't losing weight, despite all my work with those LA trainers. Jason laid out a complete program for me to follow that combined his pioneering weight training and work out techniques with specific supplements and a detailed nutrition program that was customized to my issues (thyroid, female hormone imbalance and age). He also gave my program all written up in a folder, including homework to send to him of my meals, etc (all included in his training fee!). Blown away! I am in the medical field myself, and I was surprised that he knew even more than the doctors I have been going to who didn't seem to have a clue on how to help me lose my weight or feel better.As I embarked on Jason's program, I began to have more energy. Friends told me I was starting to glow, and wanted to know my secret. Every week working with Jason,  I would lose weight on the scale, and by 6 weeks I lost 27 POUNDS with Jason!!!!!! Whoa, I am in complete shock! When other trainers I worked with over one full year couldn't make a difference, Jason helped me transform my body and my life within a short span of time! And I am happy to say I am continuing to make positive changes in my weight, my muscles, the way I carry myself and my energy. Training with Jason Kozma will be the best money you'll ever invest in yourself. Jason will analyze your weight, bodyfat, and measurements to create a custom meal plan and exercise program based on your fitness goals. While training if he sees that you need an adjustment to your meal plan he will do so. Show up focused, do what he says, eat what he says, and you will get the results you want. In March 2018 I reached a wall in current meal prep and fitness plan. I just couldn't lose the weight I wanted to before my sister's Bachelorette in June! Desperate, I turned to Jason, who I wanted to train with for years. I followed his meal plan 87% of the time, worked out with him as instructed 3 times a week, and worked out on my own about 2-3 times a week. From March 25, 2018 to June 15, 2018 I lost 18.5 lbs and 10% body fat!!! I will continue to train with Jason to decrease body fat and gain muscle. Jason and his team are the trainers to go to if you are serious about strengthening your body and losing weight. After back surgery and having 2 kids a few years ago, I had gained weight and lost both core strength and my back was very weak. Jason created an eating plan that resulted in me losing 14lbs in 8 weeks (simply by following the plan) and his colleague Brandon was able to significantly increase both my core and back strength. Jason Kozma is hands down the best trainer out there. I played Division 1 volleyball in college and then became a fitness instructor myself post-college, so I've experienced several different trainers throughout my athletic and personal life, but NONE compare to Jason. His programs actually work!!! His results speak for themselves - after just 8 weeks of training with Jason, I've dropped 12 pounds and lowered by body fat from 22% to 12%!!!!!!!! Even more importantly, I feel better than ever both mentally and physically. My daily energy level is at an all-time high due to his nutrition plan and I am leaner and stronger than I've ever been. I just finished a 12-week online program and am writing to second all of the good things that reviewers have said about Jason. My work schedule is pretty unpredictable, so I decided to go with the online training option. Jason designed a plan for me and every week I would send him in my diet and exercise logs. He would read these closely and email me back with feedback and suggestions. When Jason noticed that my legs were my weakest body part, he suggested that I come in for an in-person session to show me the ropes. We came up with a new plan for legs that produced immediate results, which makes me wonder how much more progress I would have made had I been able to schedule live training sessions with him. Anyway, after twelve weeks, I've lost 16 pounds and my body fat percentage has dropped from 14% to a little over 5%. The only thing I wanted when I decided to sign-up with Jason was results, and he was able to deliver. That's really the highest compliment that I can pay him. I was tired of physical therapy after an orthopedic surgery and was anxious to get back into the gym. I needed to find knowledgeable trainer who could work with my limitations but help me get back into shape and re-build my body. When I was 53, I won the Venice Beach body building contest master's
division because of Jason. I am a nurse by profession, not some disciplined, driven athlete. His heartfelt encouragement gave me the courage and his training techniques, that were quite frankly not that difficult, gave me THE body! If you do what he says, you will get what you want - plus! Jason really cares about results for you, not so common in the training world I have found. Don't put it off, it is never too late to win the body battle, and with Jason's help it will happen

I work out with Jason 1 to 2 x per week. He is a great trainer but also provides nutritional support, helpful reminder emails about things you should (or Should NOT) be doing or eating on a regular basis but not over bearing. I've had personal trainers in the past, but Jason is by FAR the best of the best. He's tough, but I got amazing results in only 3 months. He's very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and motivational. I've worked out and lifted weights all my life, and I thought I knew it all. Boy was I wrong. He taught me things I've never heard anywhere else ... and it works. He's also insistent on keeping you safe and working around any injuries you have. BTW, he's also funny, so it makes the process of working out with him enjoyable. In addition to all this, he's still in amazing shape himself and practices what he preaches. He has the mindset of a champion and it's contagious. Jason completely changed my life! I had been trying to work out on my own for years and made some progress but had no idea what I was doing wrong. Jason immediately showed me correct form, taught me new exercises, gave me a great diet, and put me on track. I started at around 20% body fat and went down to 13%! I couldn't do a single pull up before and now I can do 10.

Everyone calls me muscular or buff now. I look at myself in a totally different way. Thanks a lot Jason. Your training is worth every penny!

I have tried every kind of workout and nutritional plan there is. After many failed attempts to lose weight and tone up, I called Jason. He was prompt to respond, unlike some other trainers that I had contacted, and very professional. He made time to meet with me right away. After reviewing his training method and nutritional approach, I knew that this was the guy that was going to help me get back into shape. I signed up that day and began my 8 week transformation. I started seeing results immediately. Quick results are always a huge motivator, but Jason also makes the training sessions fun and efficient. I've never enjoyed getting my butt kicked as much as I do during our training. In fact, I love it so much I signed up for an additional 8 weeks. I am about 3 months in and have lost close to 20lbs. My goal is 30lbs, so almost there! Most importantly, this transformation has given me my confidence back, as well as, helped me relearn how I need to eat on a regular basis in order to maintain. I was not a believer in acupuncture but my trainer insisted that I go and try it for several issues I had going on.  Laurie was great. She was very patient with me when I listed all my health concerns. She was very considerate and caring.  She explained my conditions in traditional Chinese medical terms which made a lot of sense to me.  I was concerned that the actual treatment with acupuncture would hurt but it didn't at all and I felt great after! Jason is dedicated and thoughtful in his training instruction. He offers an optional diet plan (a lot of trainers don't offer an education on this and diet is key! ). He works with you each week on your diet and exercise routine. It took me a while to figure out exactly what I wanted, other than to "get fit." Jason worked with me each step of the way to help me identify my goals, and tailor my workouts and diet each time my goal changed. He is very straightforward and honest, he won't BS you in any way, and takes a personal interest in your health and fitness progress. He provides all the tools you need; it's just up to you to follow him.
