Where do I even start. I am a college student who has been through it all. I’ve had very traumatic experiences in my life. From depression to anxiety, it is very difficult to manage my life. I’ve been through a plethora of therapists. Each one has been exactly the same and not of much help. That is until I met Sally. She opened a whole new world for me. Its hard to find someone that is relatable. Sally connects with her clients emotionally and spiritually. She helped me conquer my fears and confront my past. I have utilized therapy and mind/body healing for the past 20 years to address childhood wounding and trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties and integrating spiritual awakening into my day to day life. Although I have gleaned some amount of healing from previous experiences, I have never met a therapist who embodies knowledge of the mind/body/spirit system and how to successfully navigate those realms...until meeting Sally. Sally knows what she is doing as a counselor. With only a few sessions she had my husband and I back on track. The group counseling for women helped me a lot as well.
