I’m so thankful for High End Transportation, from start to finish they made my Colorado trip adventurous and virtually carefree. So, I was poking around online during the initial planning stages of my trip and stumbled upon their site. I gave them a call and pretty much told the receptionist that I had some ideas of what I wanted to do and wanted to gather info about their services. She spent time on the phone with me letting me know multiple options on places to stay, key places to see, and 420 activities. I had a ton of questions and they were all answered. I ended up splitting my trip in two parts, first I stayed in the city of Denver then three days later, I stayed in the mountains in Vail for another three days. When my two friends and I landed in Denver my driver was waiting on us with a beautiful black SUV that was clean and super comfy. The driver was kind, professional and funny. She took us to this cool dispensary where we snagged a few treats then went to our B&B. The next day just one of my friends and I went on a tour to a local grow operation which was interesting to see, we did a little city sightseeing, did an impromptu stop for tacos, and then went to a different dispensary. Did I mention, this time we got picked up in a Tesla?! lol On the morning of day three our awesome driver picked us up again and we headed off to Vail (it was about a 2 ½ hour ride). The SUV we were in had a movie playing on the TVs, water, and snacks for our ride…it was great we had a blast! On our final morning in Vail (this place was incredible), the driver who picked us up had orange juice and water for us (how sweet). He took us back to the Denver airport, helped us with our luggage of course and was so polite. Each time we rode with them, they were on-time and super friendly. We rented an unbelievably awesome thirty passenger bus which fit the whole Quince Court and a some extra tagalongs! I have never organized a transport like this...EVER! Every detail was taken care of as well as things I didn't even think to ask were covered when I called to set this up. The teens went bananas and my niece still thanks me a year later. Now, what I was not aware of is the other services (420) they provide. I am planning another trip this year and I cannot wait. The receptionist (Gwen) was able to assist me in setting up another great ride... but for the adults. I am so grateful to have a company willing to help me plan and also offer great recommendations! I read through some of the reviews and I have no clue why any would give them a 1 star rating. We were picked up in their Mercedes Benz party bus. They were on time and even accompanied some minor changes we made with our ride. And it was snowing!!!!! They communicated throughout the entire process. The bus liked amazing. We had a change of plans to where we wanted to stop and Jay was super accommodating of that! He even ran out and got us a charger from 7-11 during one of our stops at Voodoo Doughnuts. I’ve used everything from Uber to limo companies. The amount of professionalism they showed me is unparalleled to any other company I’ve used. Whomever gave this company a one star rating is clearly mistaken. We used Highend Transportations Mercedes Benz party bus. They were on time and were prepared for everything. They had snacks and beverages ready. Alicia was our Piff. She was prepared with everything with we needed, and helped our ride go as smooth as possible. She introduced herself, their company, and was sure to let us know that they accommodate 420 and non 420 passengers. We made some minor changes after they arrived to pick us up but they accommodated us without the blink of an eye. The weather was wet and snowy but this didn’t have any impact on the level of service they provided us. They were sure to call and text us before, during, and after our ride. Did I mention that the bus is amazing? The sound quality was great. The lights and the TV screen added a nice touch. We were comfortable, and had plenty of space. Our entire experience was excellent. My Fiancée and I have used this service on two occasions from our flight from Sacramento to Denver and Ruby and Peel have made us feel like "Superstars". Our experience starts of in a roomy 4door black Tesla that is awaiting for us once we have retrieved our luggage. We then are provided with a little relaxer to take the edge of the flight "YEAH BUDDY", as well a vast music selection of our choice. The ride to our destination was smooth and we were even able to make a few stops for necessities to accompany our stay.
