I had 2 very top heavy silver birch trees that needed some attention. Joe carried out a free inspection and we discussed what needed to be done. His quote was very competitive and I felt reassured that he knew what he was doing. We agreed a date for the work to be undertaken. On the day, he took me through what he was going to do and checked in to ensure I was happy with the work. Everything was cleared away and they were professional, polite and friendly at all times.
