Kate catered for a family lunch to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and what a success it was! The food was delicious,beautifully presented and good size portions for hearty appetites. I was visiting some friends in the UK and was invited to a dinner party catered by Hibiscus Kitchen. It was EXCELLENT! Not only was the food sensational, the fact that my hosts didn’t have to keep disappearing into the kitchen or worrying about the cooking so we could spend time catching up. It was also beautifully served - everything looked as good as it tasted - it was like a high end restaurant meal in the comfort of your home. In addition Kate was great at making sure individual dietary needs were met and tailored the menu to our wishes ahead of time - she just took all the stress out of a large dinner party! It made it all so much more simple and enjoyable! I definitely recommend them - if she would commute to NYC I’d throw more parties! More...

I was fortunate enough to enjoy some very fine dining hosted by Hibiscus Kitchen. Beautiful table, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent hosting. And that's before I mention the food! The cheese souffle starter was out of this world. Utterly delicious. I don't have a big appetite and didn't think I would managed all three lamb cutlets, but suddenly my plate was empty! And.....I don't eat sweet things, but said I would try a little of the chocolate brownie. One mouthful I thought I would have..... I didn't actually lick the plate (I was after all in a fine dining situation!) but had I been at home, I may have done! Therefore the answer is to invite Hibiscus Kitchen to cater for a special occasion in your own home and then you can lick the plate! 5 stars. Couldn't recommend highly enough. More...
