I contacted Charles G Hibbs & Co after seeing the company recommended on a social media platform called Nextdoor, where people in your local neighbourhood share information on products services and events etc. Word of mouth gives me the best confidence when looking for a company especially when related to the building or legal trades and is was not disappointed. When I telephoned Charles G Hibbs & Co, I spoke to Jean who answered all of my initial questions as I needed a full Building Survey Report on a 2/3 bedroom terrace house. We arranged an appointment for the following week and Leslie arrived to conduct the survey. 2 hours later Leslie was still climbing ladders and keeping me updated with his progress. No corners were cut and for less than £600, I felt it was money well spent as I got a highly detailed report on the state of the house within 4 days. I was impressed enough to contact them and ask where I could put a review and here it is. Highly recommended company. More...
