What do you love most about your job?
I love my job as we have a brilliant team of dedicated qualified trades people with the same aspirations and work ethics as myself.
Each new project bring new and exciting challenges for us to over come, working alongside our clients, I love nothing more than customer satisfaction and getting a true fulfilment of completing something and completing it within budget, on time and with a happy client.
We are a customer service driven company, something I have had installed from my days back in working within the Woolwich building society from over 25 years ago. I honestly believe we bring a different approach to the building industry.
Nothing is unobtainable with drive, motivation and a clear focus on what can be achieved.
I am a firm believer of "your word is your bond," its what makes us who we are, I honour my word in everything I do that's what make us different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been self-employed for most of my working life I've identified a niche within the building industry the HFGA can and is changing.
I was asked a very simple question by a highly skilled and respected contractor, we still work together till this day funny enough, "how many trades would you really ask back to your home to do work for you again?" this made me stop in my tracks.
After developing a fair variety property over the years it really made me think just as you probably are right now.
I want to be a past customers first phone call, if ever a client is thinking about additional works to be considered I want them calling us.
I have clients that still send me a Christmas cards years after our team have packed up and gone...

This may sound like a cliche but simply because of this, when we give our word and commitment to a project we deliver it in full, on time and on budget.
