I founded Hestia counselling was founded in Exeter in 2012 and chose this name because it represents the Greek goddess of the hearth. Hestia was known to be non-judgemental, dependable and caring and was always there for others, helping them manage their lives.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing change in people. Genuinely helping others and working together with people
What inspired you to start your own business?
I honestly love working with clients with an agreed timescale with them - not prescribed or limited by an organisation. I work closely with other psychotherapists in my area.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an empathetic individual with a warm, caring nature which provides clients with the safety and comfort of working through their problems. The importance thing for me is the relationship that is built between a client and therapist as they go through this journey.
