The Hertz Brothers Real Estate Group helped us sell our LA-area home after we had relocated to another part of the state. The stress of selling a home from a distance was alleviated because of their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to our needs . They spent hours making sure we could begin our new lives in our new home without having to worry about loose ends or matters pertaining to the sale of our old home back in LA. Their communication was timely and thorough. Not once did we feel like we didn't know what was going on down in LA. The Hertz brothers made sure we always felt prepared and informed about the next steps in the process so we could be aware should they need our attention or decision-making. They also answered any questions we had and gave suggestions about the buying process for our new home even though they weren't located in that area.
