I have to say this Roofing Co is awesome. I called to get a quote and immediately got a response from Billy. Within a day or two he went to my house and was able to give me a price. The price he quoted me was outstanding! I called him back a few days later and gave him the go ahead. He came to my job and helped me pick out a roof color that would look best on my house. He took his time with me constantly changing colors, didn’t rush me and definitely no pressure on me! He answered all the many questions I had (and I say many)! This man provides EXCELLENT customer service and was such a huge help! Now, for the job that was started and completed the SAME DAY! I am an extremely “picky” person and truthfully was expecting to get home and find something I was unhappy with. I was speechless and amazed when I got home and saw my new roof! It was absolutely what I had hoped for PLUS! The cleanup the guys performed before they left was excellent. You would have never known they were there! This company is AWESOME and I would highly recommend them to anyone. From the start of the quoting process to the end of the job, I was elated! Yup, my uncle is a fan, he's computer challenged so hence I'm sending this.  His previous roofer was out three times and could not fix the problem.  The previous roofer even blamed the gutter installer.  The owner of that company came by and showed where the problem was on the roof.  David from Hermitage came out, even went into the attic.  Found the problem; very knowledgeable young man.  It took a little while to get it fixed since it was a large job and they needed a guarantee of no rain and this summer that was hard.  In the meanwhile, when the hurricane was due, they came out at no cost and did what they could to secure it all.  The job is in the roof valley and is, frankly really nice looking.  The guys who did the job were great.  My uncle is hard to impress, but he was.
