I put myself in a bind where I needed immediate help from a experienced tax preparer and I called into Herman Singh and Associates. I spoke with Herman and he offered to have me come down to his office and to see how he can help. He and his staff gave me peace of mind and started helping and working with me right away (even though everyone had a full plate already for the day). They took care of everything I needed and went far beyond any expectations I had. Eric worked on all my paperwork and is AMAZING, while Herman took the time to sit and talk with me for awhile. Eric and the young lady in the office stayed late to help me finish everything for the IRS. I don't think they advertise and I understood that their business mainly comes from word of mouth.
