Our German Shepard loves Natalie. Its such a relief that whilst we are at work he is having such a nice time on his walks/drop ins. We also get updates of how he’s doing and love seeing him on Instagram stories. Whilst he was a very young pup Natalie gave us some tips which has defiantly helped us as fairly new pet owners. Natalie is an absolutely fantastic walker and our puppy adores her. As soon as he hears her car pull up his tail goes crazy and he has the best walks. All of the other dogs he interacts with are really friendly, and introducing him to so many other dogs at such a young age has done wonders for his social skills. Natalie is extremely friendly, very professional and accommodating. She’ll post on Instagram throughout the day which is such a highlight for us, as it means we can see what our baby is up to while we’re at work! We 100% recommend Natalie and Heritage Pet Services. If you hire Natalie then get cctv to check she is doing her job.
I used her for the first time this weekend and she was paid for two 30 min walk at 11am and 3pm.
The first day she was late and did a 20min visit and then a 7 min visit late again in the afternoon, they didn’t get walked as I said they will refuse if the rain is too heaven, she used that as an excuse not to walk them, yet she turned up on both occasions wearing a tshirt. I also asked why she didn’t spend much time with them, we agreed that one of my dogs who is blind was barking a lot but if she knew enough about dogs then she should have spent the time to get to know them and make him feel safe. On the second day she did 25min and a walk then didn’t turn up for the afternoon walk. She didn’t try to contact me or the emergency contact next of kin and only explained herself after I left her a voicemail and text was at 8pm. When she go back to me she said she had a death and has been trying to contact me. She said That I didn’t have signal and I had signal, nothing was left, neither did my partner. Once questioned about it further she said she had no time to get cover with my dogs special needs? She still should have rung us. So please make sure she is doing what you are paying her to do. That first day was 13hours with just 30 mins spent with them. And the second 25mins one coveting in 10hours. My girl had just turned 10 the day before and had become incontinent and wet herself on both days. This is animal cruelty and I shall be reporting her to the rspca and NarpsUK who is the association of dog walkers.
I just wanted to make sure others that use her know she cares not for your dogs.

I am sorry that you feel the way you do. Heritage Pet Services is a young business and I have put everything I have in to it since I founded it just under a year ago. Your pets welfare and the trust you placed in me is paramount. Firstly, you stated that I was late. I always make it very clear to all clients when I first meet them, that due to the unpredictable nature of the work, I cannot agree to any specific times. As I have explained to you in private conversations on the day, the reason for not taking your dogs out on Friday was due to the rain. The length of time I spent there was due to the fact that one of your dogs (who is 30% blind according to your paperwork) was extremely distressed with me in the house. I made the decision here to ensure your dogs had time to toilet and fresh water, and then leave in order to allow him to feel more comfortable in his own home. After completing the first walk on Saturday, I had news of a death and I wasn’t thinking about work. Even if I had been, I wouldn’t have been able to make other arrangements as these would have had to include me giving someone else the key to your house and a long explanation about the special needs that both of your dogs have. I did not have time to do this nor was I thinking at the time about getting the correct permissions for this to happen. You have stated that they have been left alone for long periods, but this was your decision to do so. As soon as I was able, I explained my situation to you, apologised profusely and promised you a full refund. As you can see from my other reviews, this is a completely isolated incident, I can only apologise again that it happened. I am truly sorry that you did not get the level of service that I pride myself on, I had hoped that you would understand this was due to an unforeseen and very upsetting circumstance.

We are really happy we’ve found Nat, she’s professional and accommodating at all times, nothing is too much trouble and highly trustworthy.
She’s socialising our little puppy great and sends regular updates and pictures when we aren’t around.

I fully recommend Natalie at Heritage pet services to look after your pets. She has taken care of my cockapoo puppy Bertie when I am at work since he was a 10 week old puppy.
The care she provides is 5 star and she is brilliant with animals. Thanks to Natalie's help Bertie is now a happy well adjusted, socialised 9 month old , who adores Nat and going there for day care.
Your pets are safe in her hands for sure.

Dog walking
30/45/60 minute walks available. In groups as a ‘pack walk’ or walks available alone or with known dogs only.
