I have been using Heritage for 4 years now. They are so great with my dogs. I have one that starts barking as soon as we walk in and they all know that means Goliath is there. They know he is totally harmless! They have never made me feel bad about him. This is the only place Miller has been groomed. He started seeing Loriann when I got him. She always listens to me and helps figure out the best cut for what we need. I love that they can go to daycare after and play, but still come home clean and smelling good. I cannot say enough about the boarding. They have someone there over night, which I love since Goliath is diabetic. He gets a little anxious and the staff is so good with him. He has been allowed to sleep with the overnight staff before. When he went blind they were as upset as I was. They truly treat your babies as their own. More...

We use Heritage for grooming, boarding and daycare! The staff is great with my 2 schnauzers. Goliath is pretty obnoxious when we get there and they all know it is him. But they are so sweet about it. We joke and say he has a lot to say. He went blind and I think they cried as much as I did. They took such great care of him and sent me pictures of him the first time I left him. They have an overnight person for boarding too! This is the only place Miller has been groomed! Lorianne worked with me when he was a puppy to help him be comfortable when he came back for grooming again. I highly recommend Heritage Pets to anyone looking for grooming, daycare or boarding. Heritage pet has been grooming my dogs for 12 years! Such amazing groomers!! I had Lou for 10 years!! So loving and sweet with my old English Springer! Now Brandi has been grooming my 2 labs for past 2 years!!! She is so sweet and professional with my fur babies!!! She treats them like hers!!! Staff has always treated me & my pup with love and care. She’s gone here for doggie daycare and boarding and grooming since she was 4 mos. She’s always happy & excited to go here. Brandi is wonderful for grooming needs. She’s always prompt and attentive. The staff always makes me feel like they care abt my pup and do what I ask. When I pick her up she’s happy and takes a good nap from all of her puppy playtime and attention. I like that there is someone on site 24 hrs during boarding too! More...

I have used several of the groomers including Casey, Jess, and Brandi. Casey was our main groomer, and has taken care of all 3 if my miniature schnauzers over the last 6 years. I love the care and attention given to my fur babies. Everyone knows them when they walk in, my dogs are always super excited to be there, and Casey is an amazing groomer. I always leave what they need done, up to her. Heritage Pet strives to know each of their customers, and does their best to accommodate and please everyone. I love going there. I love my dog! He is like my child so I am always concerned about whether or not he is being taken care of the well as I take care of him and loved as much as I love him. That is why I can say I love Heritage Pets. My dog loves Heritage Pets. He get so excited to go. He is never scared to go, he scratches on the doors wanting to hurry in and is so happy to go with the folks that will take him back to daycare to play. I have also boarded him there for a 4 day vacation and he had a wonderful time. He was happy to come home with us but was just as happy to go back to day care several days later. My dog is a large Cocker Spaniel and has only been groomed by Brandi at Heritage pets. She does such a great job on his haircut. I was at Petsmart one day and the dog trainer there stopped and asked me where he is groomed. when I told him , he praised her ability stating that he has not seen a cocker groomed so nicely. I would recommend her to everyone. I will follow her to other grooming facilities if she ever leaves. I can't say enough good things about the people taking care of my dog at Heritage Pets. I have 3 Shetland Sheepdogs, one of which is a very scared rescue when it comes to grooming, and Katie handles him with love and patience, and makes all 3 of them look absolutely beautiful . We take our Great Pyrenees, Maggie here, and I'm so glad we found this place. Brandy is our groomer and she and her team do an amazing job with our Pyr. Our previous groomer (not at heritage) literally shaved Maggie from head to toe the last time we went, and for anyone who has a double coated dog, this can be detrimental to them. This place is a little off the beaten path, the staff is always friendly and our dog comes back happy and clean. The lobby is alway clean and it really shows that the staff at Heritage Pet care not only about their clients, but their pets as well. I absolutely love Heritage Pet and we won't take our dogs anywhere else! Copper and Onyx my Maltipoos are in pretty rough shape every time we take them in to get groomed and the gal who grooms them is always so nice, treats our dogs so well and is extremely helpful with feedback on how to care for them hair wise even though I'm sure she's exhausted by the time she's done with my boys. Not only is the staff so friendly they are down the street from my home so it's 100% convenient and their pricing is very reasonable. What we thought started out as a bad experience, turned into an amazing one! We have been bringing our dog Charlie to the Heritage in Parker for years. Charlie’s hair was getting long and we noticed what we thought was either a clump of dirt or feces matted on his lower back. We scheduled with Heritage to get cleaned up. After picking Charlie up we noticed the spot was still there and called to complain. Blakely quickly addressed the situation and told us he would send Francisco out with the mobile unit to give Charlie a proper wash. Francisco arrived and immediately noticed that it was a scab versus the aforementioned items. At this point we were embarrassed and apologetic for being upset about the initial cut. Since Francisco was already at our home he insisted on giving Charlie another bath for us.When he came back into the house he was able to remove the scab and get Charlie completely cleaned up. He then informed us that the cause of the scab was a maggot which had burrowed into our poor babies skin. He removed the infestation and cleaned the wound with proper ointment. I can not thank Francisco and Heritage enough for going above and beyond and more than compensating for the already good cut given to Charlie. You may have saved our dogs life, and for that we are eternally grateful! More...

I have had a hard time finding the right groomer to take care of my precious dog. I've often had to take her to brand name stores and hope they treat her right and do a good job. But that was BEFORE I WAS REFERRED TO HERITAGE PET! Shanna is amazing. She explains her grooming process and takes her time with my dog. I have been taking my little pain Izzie to heritage since 2013. Her groomer is Thomas, and he is terrific not only with her but with me as well. Mima, and I'm sure I spelt that wrong has always been a great help and I can't thank her enough. Everyone there is terrific and Thomas does a great job on her haircut. Today, I dropped off Andy for his second time at Heritage Pets for grooming. Andy has generally run out of groomers in the past when he realized where we were going because he hates baths so much. But today was a test, and he ran in so excited to be there and greeted everyone! I am thrilled. I can't wait to pick him up this afternoon and see how beautiful he looks.
