Cake Expert right here, been eating cake since I knew how to chew. Heriots cake has become my number one place to purchase cakes and always recommend others to do the same. They offer many types of cakes some ready made others on request. The first time I tried heriots cake I was mind blown but the way they are baked; soft, smooth, creamy and tasty. We had a lovely day where Arens provided catering for our event. The food was great, the staff were friendly and professional and, despite having several dietary requirements amongst our guests (even vegan), Richard was very responsive and met all our needs. Dear Richard, I am writing to say how delighted I was with the food and service at my 60th party last Sunday 8th July. Your manager Mark was wonderful and I appreciated his help and professionalism very much. Friday 29 June 2018 Dear Richard, Mark, Gina and team, I would like to say the most enormous thank you for the beautifully presented and super-tasty food you provided for our event on Sunday 24th June. The presentation and service were second-to-none and complimented our event perfectly. It was such a special event to be celebrating the so" anniversary of the Barbara Bus Fund and give thanks for Barbara's foresight and determination in starting a 'fund' with the view to purchase the first Barbara Bus all those years ago. Barbara's family came and we had passengers, drivers and friends of BBF attending and a jolly good time was had by all. To Mark and RichardFirstly can we thank you for making our day so special. Everyone enjoyed the food, the quality was outstanding. Our best man was our liaison with Mark, but unfortunately he went walkabout quite often. Mark was totally outstanding, professional, patience and nothing was too much trouble for him. He assisted us in so many ways and he is a talented asset that you possess. The staff were fantastic, their delivery of the wedding breakfast was exceptional. Everyone who needed anything were taken care of in a magnificent fashion.Mark made all the difference to us on the day. He attention to detail was fantastic. His coordination and interaction with both staff and our guests was world class. His persona is one of being efficient and friendly in a pressurised situation. His diligence towards us made us feel we had the best people taking care of us and that made our day so special.Mark was funny and engaging and made us feel at ease when we were nervous and his MC skills were Impressive and everyone commented on how well everything was conducted.Finally, Mark worked that hard whilst juggling everything on the day he managed to drop his phone and crack his screen , so we hope that you will be able to help him out with this , as he is a brilliant guy and everyone misses him already,Thank you for giving us the day we hoped for. We used Heroit as our wedding caterers, they couldn't have been more helpful and organised! All of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and they turned up and got everything sorted the morning of the wedding without any fuss! i would highly recommend them and will be using them again if i need to cater for a large number of guests in future.
