Had our wedding reception there on 23 March. I'd recommend it to anyone for functions. The room was excellent and the food brilliant. We went back a few days later as I'd never been to a race meeting. I really enjoyed it. Drink and food were easy to access and not extortionately priced. It was a really enjoyable experience. Loved the course! Such a beautiful setting and everything is well laid out. Staff couldn't have done more and seemed to be having loads of fun. A fantastic reopening fixture at Hereford after a period of almost 4 years since the final fixture in December 2012.

A huge crowd ensured a great atmosphere and there was even a Cheltenham Festival style roar when the runners set off in the first of the races.

Arena Racing Company and the staff at Hereford have done a fantastic job getting the track and facilities ready for the resumption. More...

I took the whole family to the Christmas Jumper day meeting in December and had a great time. The course was superb and the atmosphere was great. We picked a couple of winners, which made the day even better. Will be attending again in the near future!! More...

A great day spolit by security staff after racing a great sing song going on in the bar with all having a laugh they were heavy handed which was uncalled for will not be attending this racecourse anymore plus probably 50 others get your act together

Smashing well organised racecourse with great views of the whole course and all facilities close to hand
The ladies loos need attention as the water pressure isn't high enough to fill the cistern after each flush!

HEREFORD

The trainers sent the horses
Lads and lasses led them around
The jockeys walked the racecourse
And gave a thumbs up for the ground
We all followed signs for Hereford
Travelled from valleys, vales and hills
Some were dressed in their 'Cheltenham' best
To watch some jumping thrills
We didn't mind the queuing
On that long awaited day
We stood up proud, among the crowd
Six thousand, so they say
I breathed in the smell of racing
It's not one that you forget
Burgers, cigars and perfume
Beery breath and horses sweat
The horses were the heroes
As the punters edged the day
And we'd welcomed back an old friend
As six thousand drove away. More...

Lovely day at Hereford races. Rusty Bridge restaurant package excellent value with very helpful staff; the booking team was also very good. Racing really good despite the going. Only slight criticism is the lack of tarmac on the car park road - would definitely have helped today!
It didn't spoil the day though and we will definitely be back. More...

Had a great day at the races, only thing it gets quite busy at the food vans and had to wait a long time to get served. But i suppose it's expected. Winning a few quid though more than made up for that. Will be going again. More...

Attended the reopening meeting at the track after a closure lasting almost 4 years although point to points and Arab Racing had taken place during the absence of Racing under NH Rules.

Great little course. Good view and easy to move round even with 4501 in attendance.

I had a family connection with the course until around 2000. It is great that the course has reopened....it should never have closed. More...
