They have everything you're looking for to host an awesome party!! Everyone was super friendly,  helpful and professional.  They have tables, chairs, flowers, balloons. I called Heredia's as a last minute request for a huge event yesterday. I needed 43 tablecloths within an hour of our event, and she provided! ! We did not have to use the wrinkled tablecloths that we had. Instead, fresh linens made everything look just right! I have used Heredia's services for over 15 years now.  They have provided us with rentals for small and large parties, including birthdays,  graduations, baby showers, Thanksgiving and Christmas.  They deliver as promised and are accommodating.  The staff is friendly and professional.   My family has used their services too and are really happy with them.  In January my daughter had called another company for a jumper, tables and chairs but they never came through as promised.  She called Heredia's and within an hour they had delivered the jumper, tables and chairs.  They are awesome.  I highly recommend them.  Thank you Heredia's for your excellent service. UPDATE: The manager (Blanca) was able to get a hold of my sister - after the Thanksgiving holiday.  I appreciate that she was able to rectify the situation with her.  I understand that it gets busy around the holidays and things get lost in translation, but I'm glad she took the time to call and try to make things right.  I was told that the next time we have an issue or need assistance that we can email her directly and she would be able to immediately send someone out to help.  I wish we knew this ahead of time so that we could have fixed the problem from the start.   Although we got off on the wrong foot, I would come back and try their rentals out again to give them the benefit of the doubt.  Thank you Blanca, for being accommodating and working hard to rectify the situation.  __________________________________________My wedding shower was last weekend, 11/17/18 and I decided to rent out 3 patio heaters from this place. I finally decided to give it a chance after passing it by so many years. I live about 1.5 mi away from Heredia's but still opted for a drop off of the heaters bc they're so huge. There was a $20 delivery fee - which is fine it's a service. Anyways, the delivery time was from 0900 1200. When it passed 1200 we called and all of a sudden they said the original drop off was from 0900 to 1400. That's a huge gap. I had to call Heredia's twice bc the driver was late. He arrived between 1430-1445. Idk about you, but I'm always on time and waiting for the delivery wasted my time. The driver showed us how to use the heaters and they worked for the time being. The party started at 1800 and we didn't turn the heaters on until 2100. Long story short, the heaters didn't work. I called and spoke to Blanca the next day asking for some kind of compensation bc her heaters were defected. She promised she would call back before the end of the night but she never did. More...

This is and has been my go to party rental store.  I have used them a few times now including again this month.  I used them for 2 baby showers, a party and my Mother's 80th birthday party.  Each party was a success!!!! I have ordered chairs, tables, umbrellas, linens, balloons and helium tanks. For my Mom's party I wanted Real red roses on top of her cake so I needed like a ring of roses to just set on the cake.  I originally went to Conroy's flowers for an estimate and not only did the sales person make a face when she had to stop what she's doing and walk over to me she was very rude and acted like she wasn't interested in my order.  I finally got an estimate out of her of $50.  I thanked her and walked out.  Heredia's also sells real flowers so I asked Betty who was helping me with my order.  Her estimate was $50 as well but guess what?  She was helpful, interested and assisted me with a smile!!  She called over to her flower person and confirmed price.  What a difference!!! Everyone is always very helpful at Heredia's and they do it with a smile.  So refreshing!!!  I will always go here when I need stuff for parties!!!!  Thank you to all the employees at Heredia's!!  By the way they deliver for a fee and have never had an issue.  They always had all that I ordered.  They pick up following day.  No hassle no fuss. Heredia's came to the rescue by providing cocktail tables & heaters for my outdoor event. Had 100 guests stay toasty on a cold evening -- all thanks to the service provided by this local business. Your business was actually the only rental place that responded when asking for quotes in all of Long Beach (not a fan of begging people to give business to) so I went with you. Diana & Alexis were great in changing the order several hundred times. The delivery guy was quick. HOWEVER, the folding white chairs were very dirty. I understand that most people don't rent these for formal events, but they should be clean for any event  (just my thoughts). I know the tables do not have to look nice if they are covered with linen, but they should be thick enough to hide what's underneath. Lastly, the linens for the cocktail tables were not officially linen for cocktail tables. Real cocktail table linen should be snug on top. Thank you More...

Heredia's team made my birthday bash even brighter with the balloon arches and flower arrangements. I was able to work with them as there are two business in one (I was not aware of that initially). I was going to be charged a delivery charge for the balloons then the flowers. I asked the desk assistant, (Diana, I think, you were wonderful) to ask they owner why I would get two delivery charges going to the same location. They worked it out, refunded my one delivery charge so I ordered another flower arrangement... Win win for us both. The arches were great and set the door entrance and stage, with balloon bouquets around the room. The red roses (three sets of two dozen) were placed into black vases (they painted them for me) and located in the center and on either side of the stage. It made the room look so beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and followed up with photos and details about my request for a balloon arch on short notice. The flower biz is separate, so they couldn't deliver an under $50 flower order along with the balloons ($20 delivery). They were speedy, polite and artful in creating the arch.  I wish they'd 1)reminded me that regular balloons fade quickly (the arch fell in 12 hours), 2) attached the arch at the top to delay this and 3) offered me alternative pricing on mylar ballooons that would have lasted much longer. I have been using them for years. They are always dependable and have reasonable prices. This past weekend I had a birthday party for my son and was running late. Needless to say the delivery person from Heredia's was waiting for me to arrive to leave the items. They were unable to leave the table, chairs, and bounce house since no one was available to sign for the delivery. The young man had another delivery to make by 1pm in LA I was about 10-15mins away. I have hosted two parties at my home in the past month and a half and both have been possible in part by Heredia's Bridal & Party Inc. I wanted to have tables, chairs, and lights delivered for a Halloween Party. They went out of their way to email me photos of the lights that they had available and I confirmed my order over the phone. $0.75 per folding chair and a few bucks for 8'-0" long tables?! You can't beat that price. They said they would deliver between the hours of 9-12 and they were on my front door at 9. Love it! We also got a small table and new chairs (my husband decided to roll deep and get to $1.00 new white folding chairs this time) for Thanksgiving. Total came out to $29.00 which included a $20 deposit that we got back when we returned everything the next day. $9.00 to be able to seat our family and enjoy Thanksgiving?! What a deal!! We have even come in and rented things same day with no issue. We will continue to come back and are thinking about getting flowers and a christmas tree from their lot on Willow! Had my son's 8th birthday pirate theme party Got all my rentals and supplies from Heredia's. I couldn't be happier. Everything turned out GREAT! Prices are the best (I priced around)!
