What we eat and drink has an impact on our physical health, mental wellbeing and performance at work.
It is important that we eat healthily both at home and in the workplace. We help you with information, tips, and meal plans about having a healthy, balanced diet.

We start with an informal one to one meeting where your coach will sit down with you to discuss your current daily diet, energy levels, lifestyle, activity, goals, objections.
This is also a great opportunity for you and your coach could build a relationship in order to gage whether you’d like to work together over the required time.
Then we will take a full body analysis via bio impedence scales which will measure your weight, hydration levels, muscle mass, body fat %, metabolic rate, metabolic age, bone density and physique rating
The coach will then take you through a presentation to breakdown all of the above and explain how through balanced nutrition and a healthy active lifestyle they can support you on your journey in order to achieve your goals, whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle or just increase your energy levels.

We understand the key to long term sustainable results is 20% exercise related and 80% related to the person’s daily diet.
